Jo set for reserve team run-out tonight

A trio of City first teamers are set to feature for the reserves tonight as Glyn Hodges’ side play host to a Bolton Wanderers second string at the Regional Athletics Arena.

Brazilian striker Jo, Didi Hamann and Michael Ball will all be looking to get some vital playing time under their belts, along with Ecuadorian international forward Felipe Caicedo and Glauber Berti.

The 7pm kick-off will provide the Blues with a chance to close the six-point gap to leaders Sunderland at the top of the Barclays Premier Reserve League North as the Black Cats don’t play until tomorrow with Blackburn the visitors to the North East.

Supporters wishing to see the game are reminded that entry is free for Seasoncard, Citycard and Live4City/Junior Blues members. Admission otherwise is £3 for adults and £1 concessions, payable on entry at Gate 3.

Glyn Hodges squad for tonight’s game is as follows:

Tobias Johansen
Greg Hartley
Ben Mee
Shaleum Logan
Michael Ball
Clayton McDonald
Ben Morris
Glauber Berti
Didi Hamann
Adam Clayton
Paul Marshall
Felipe Caicedo
