Unlucky Hart misses out on England call

Joe Hart has been ruled out of the England squad for this week’s friendly with Germany in Berlin due to an ankle injury picked up in yesterday’s 2-2 draw against Hull City.

The 21-year-old keeper was injured in the process of Hull taking the lead yesterday and left the pitch after just 18 minutes where he was replaced by Kasper Schmeichel.

Although the full extent of the injury is yet to be confirmed, early reports after the game last night suggested that Hart could face three to four weeks on the sidelines.
