topping UEFA Cup Group A last night, Manchester City will learn their
fate in the Round of 32 later today when the draw takes place at
the House of European Football in Nyon, Switzerland from 12noon.
By
finishing in pole position in the group, Mark Hughes' men have avoided
the chance of being paired with any of the competition's other big
guns, or any of the teams dropping out of the UEFA Champions League.
Instead the Blues will play a team who finished third in the UEFA Cup groups and they are:
- Olympiacos (GRE)
- Sampdoria (ITA)
- NEC Nijmegen (NED)
- SC Braga (POR)
- FC København (DEN)
- Lech Poznań (POL)
