results that we need. It’s not going to happen overnight, we keep
saying that, but we’ve got to keep on making sure that we’re doing the
right things on a daily basis. In the end with a little bit more
quality added to squad then things will turn for the better."
And
with the opening of the much hyped January transfer window looming
large, the Manager was asked if certain players are looking over their
shoulder at possible new signings?
issue there but maybe players are possibly being affected by that. I
haven’t seen it in their play but as a professional footballer you’ve
got to put that to the back of your mind. You need to be strong
mentally and take up the challenge. If you do that then the future at
Manchester City will be there for you but it’s difficult for everybody

"We’re
compromised somewhat we missed key players that might have made an
impact for us. We’ve lost Benjani again and we hope it’s not a
reoccurrence of his injury earlier in the season but it could very well
be.
"We’re losing players and that continuity of selection, which
all the teams that have a reasonable amount of success seem to have,
and it’s not there for us at the moment. The team and personnel are
changing and that leads to indifferent performances on occasion."
