It is being reported that the Blues will cut their losses on the Brazilian international striker, who they paid £19million for when they signed him from CSKA Moscow in the summer.
Jo has been a flop in England and Mark Hughes is ready to move him on, however, he still believes he can get as much as £15million for the 21-year-old despite his poor form.
It remains to be seen if any clubs will meet this valuation, but the striker could leave on loan initially so he can have a chance to prove his is worth such a fee.
