City have been installed as second favourites to win the Uefa Cup after a favourable looking draw paired them with FC Copenhagen in the last 32.
Hughes' however is the subject of interest from punters who feel he will not be in charge by the time the game comes around.
Bet365 Spokesman Steve Freeth said: "Hughes has received a fair share of flak over recent weeks and he could be feeling the heat if City don't pull away from the relegation zone sooner rather than later."
