With Manchester City set to enter the transfer market in January to strengthen their squad, centre-back Tal Ben Haim could be on his way out of the City of Manchester Stadium, according to a report in the British tabloid the Daily Mirror.
The Israeli international, who has won 44 caps for his country to date, only moved to Eastlands from Chelsea in July 2008 for a fee in the region of £5 million.
However, it seems that after making just 15 appearances for the Citizens, the 26-year-old is already set to leave the club.
Former club Bolton Wanderers are thought to be interested in bringing the defender back to the Reebok Stadium, where he spent three seasons with the Trotters between 2004-07.
But the man responsible for bringing him to England, Sam Allardyce, is also believed to be keen to link-up with his former player at Blackburn Rovers.
Sunderland and Tottenham Hotspur are the other two clubs claimed to be interested in entering the battle to acquire his services with a bid of around £3 million.
